As the founder of this practice – and as someone whose own health has benefited greatly from natural therapies – I would be honored to assist and guide you in your quest for better health. While your and my paths to discovering naturopathic solutions may each be unique, I trust we have much in common.

After twenty years of suffering from debilitating allergies and asthma, I became intrigued with the possibilities of natural therapies when a simple dietary change enabled me to breathe freely, without medications, for the first time in my life. That discovery began a life’s journey for knowledge and expertise in natural healing – one that continues today.

My early days as a licensed massage therapist and nutritionist found me somewhat fulfilled, yet frustrated to see the ineffectual or debilitating treatment of the “mainstream” medical world on my patients. I knew from personal experience there was a better way, and that drove my thirst for knowledge as I continued on my path to becoming the Naturopathic Doctor I am today.

I am currently in my 8th year of practice here in my Plainview office.  I have and continue to learn as much from all my patients as I hope you have learned from me.  It is truly a joy to have created a practice where we share the triumphs and challenges that life puts before us.  I have been witness to miracles as well as heartache which help to mold me into a better Naturopathic Physician day after day.  I have helped so many patients and turned them onto the power and force of the Naturopathic Medicine movement.  I have learned what is most important is to first of all show up and listen deeply to your story for within you lies all the answers needed for your healing.  My knowledge of which herb, vitamin or remedy coupled with your inner wisdom and willingness to embrace healthy changes is a sure solution!  One that is likely to empower you to experience a level of health and vitality you have not known before.  

I serve on the board of the NYANP as Treasurer. I am also a member of OncANP (Naturopathic Oncology Association) and member of the AzNMA (Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association). I continue to travel the world seeking out all that natural therapies have to offer, and have a passion for sharing my expertise with my family of Naturopathic Solutions patients. The field of natural therapies is as dynamic as it is powerful, and I will always offer and discuss your full range of options available to you. My strong belief in the healing power of the body is confirmed with every patient I treat — a healing power that benefits the mind, the body and the soul. My philosophy is to embrace your whole being as your friend and as your guide, and I am truly privileged by the opportunity to share in your journey, as you share in mine.
